The 300 e-books currently offered for sale span a broad range of fiction and non-fiction genres and styles. Nearly 500 additional titles will be added to the catalogs of the three e-book stores in coming months. More than 30 publishers in six countries are participating in Litraweb’s e-book program, including such major companies as Wilhelm Heyne Verlag and Ediciones B.

Litraweb works with established book publishers, literary agents and authors to produce e-book editions of works that they have published in print. The company provides an end-to-end solution, including preparation of e-book source files, conversion to popular e-book formats, hosting on secure servers, and distribution through its network of retail partners using various DRM technologies.

Based in New York, Litraweb developed its technology and services based on input gathered from hundreds of publishers in Paris, Munich, Frankfurt, Leipzig, Madrid, Barcelona, Buenos Aires, London, Los Angeles, and New York over a two year period. The company was founded in 1998 as Aerrius.com LLC.
